Hello Dear Friends,

Grace and peace to all.

Here’s the information for the Good Friday service happening this coming Friday noon at the Main Campus.

This Friday we will take time to remember our Lord’s most amazing sacrifice on the cross of Calvary. These services are always really special and I’m really looking forward to sharing in the time of worship, study of the word and partaking in communion.

We will be doing something a little different musically with this service in regards to the make up of the instrumentation and in regards to the order of the service. We are going to go with a pseudo unplugged thing. Tim Sherwood will be on the upright, Gootch will be playing percussion, Jeff Lams will be playing piano and Bill, Steve and I will be doing the acoustic thing. As for the order of the service we will do one song and then Pastor Greg will come out and begin to speak, at points in his message he will prompt us to sing the next of the 3 songs listed in the order of service, then he will begin to speak again until he prompts us to sing the next song and so on, after that we will go into the time of communion. It promises to be a fun time and a blessing all around.

The songs we are doing for this service are all ones that we have done before but not very often so I do encourage you to take a listen to the archive versions of these songs and to check out the chart/lyrics resources in order to be fully prepared for the service on Friday.
